The Best Thai Boxing Gym “The staff are great. Ran by Richard & Lisa they are very helpful and answer any issues anyone has as a new comer The gym was clean and bright, and the sessions are amazing! Would never go anywhere else 🙂

I've been going to Bad Company for over 10 years now and you won't find better training or a better family feel anywhere else. Such a friendly atmosphere whether you're there to train to fight, get fit or just generally get out the house and meet new people. Richard is a world class coach and knows how to make the most of classes and how to bring out the best in fighters. Can't recommend the place enough for anyone who wants to either fight, get fit or make some new friends.

Absolutely awesome gym covers Absolutely everything from kids , complete novice , intermediate, experienced, novice and professional fighters. Also run events raising money for Cancer research. Helped me lose weight. Love all the coaches ????????????
