Head coach Richard Smith is 3x British, Commonwealth and European Champion and has trained many World, European, National and International champions in his 30 year career.
Bad Company has 27 Adult World Title belts and many Adult and Junior International Champions and World Class fighters
Its not all about fighters though our classes are full of beginners and people training for fitness and self defence
Richard teaches most of the classes including our Children’s classes.
