Training at Bad Company during Coronavirus

We are running classes for adults and children although things are slightly different at the moment.
In order to limit numbers and prevent overcrowding all classes must be booked in advance.
Initially, can we ask members to book a maximum of 2 sessions a week so everyone has a slot (Kids can book more).

If you book but can’t make it, out of consideration to others please cancel or let us know as early as possible. Anyone who persistently books and doesn’t turn up without letting us know in decent time, will be removed from the booking system.

  • Classes are pre booked only. Please don’t turn up if you haven’t booked in!We will be operating under the following conditions/restrictions.
  • Hopefully these will change and reduce as the situation continues to improve.
  • Doors will be closed during the class and will not be opened again until the class has finished so please wait outside the gym..
  • Please do not gather in groups while waiting outside – wait in the car or keep 2 metres apart.
  • If in the second class, be aware that the first class will need to leave. There will be 15 mins between classes so should be no crossover.
  • Please don’t turn up too early and please leave straight after the class.
  • No spectators please drop off or wait outside in the car.
  • Please arrive ready just take off shoes & socks and ready to train..
  • If you feel ill STAY AWAY!
  • Temperature will be taken on arrival.
  • Please hand sanitise on arrival.
  • Please bring your own equipment. There is non available to lend out.
  • Please pick a training partner and stick with them if possible.
  • One at a time in the toilets..
  • Spray and sanitise your own training area and equipment with spray provided after training.
  • Please leave as soon as possible after the class to avoid crossing over with the next one.
  • We will be suggesting some running routes for people to finish the sessions with a run if you want extra training.
  • If you are concerned about the format that training will take or anything else please get in touch.
  • If you are struggling to book on, please contact us as we will make sure everyone has the opportunity to train each week.
