From Monday 6 January we will run a fitness & weight loss boot camp. This will be every Monday, Wednesday & Friday after the adult class from 7.30.

This will be a 45 minute blast to increase strength, conditioning. fitness and to promote fat loss.

All are welcome whether a member or not, whether you do the class before or not and whatever your level of fitness.

This will cost just £15 for the full month. The ideal way to kick start your year.
