We run a regular 6 weeks beginners course called Kickstart. It isn’t necessary to attend the course to join in with our regular beginners classes but doing the course will really help with covering the basics in a small group situation.
The course aims to teach the basics involved in Thai Boxing, Kick Boxing and Boxing to provide a grounding so that new starters have the confidence to go on to join a class, or so that those already with experience can learn the basics properly before moving on.
This is a course aims to provide a fun relaxed way of teaching a new skill for fitness, fun and self defence.
