PHIL GLOVER - "This is one of the best dvd's I have seen on learning the basics of Muay Thai,I recieved my copy the other day and was very surprised by the production quality,there's some great stuff on here and it's well worth watching.

Lisa and Liam come across really well explaining everything simply and clearly for the viewer to understand and it's also nice to hear the smooth velvety voice of Richard Smith commentating as well as seeing him demonstrating the basics of Muay Thai alongside Lisa,Liam and Andy!

I do feel that this would do very well if it could be sold in places like HMV & WH Smiths because it's not amateur looking at all and would further improve the name of Muay Thai here in England.

I bought it because apart from being a fan of the Bad Company lads there is plenty you can learn from this dvd whether you're a beginner,advanced or an instructor like me,I still have'nt seen it all yet but the workout section in the extras looks pretty good and will give people more ideas on improving their workouts.
I have to agree with Cris above,everything he has said about this dvd is true and it's well worth buying!"
